Women and Religious Leadership in West and North Africa: Christian and Muslim Perspectives
With Elizabeth Amoah and Fatima Sadiqi; response by The Rev. Dr. Barbara Headley

Join us for this presentation by two international scholars as they examine the issue of women and religious leadership. Elizabeth Amoah is Senior Lecturer in Religion at the University of Ghana, and a visiting professor at Hartford Seminary this semester. Fatima Sadiqi is president of the Centre for Studies and Research on Women and Professor of Linguistics and Gender Studies at Fes University, Morocco. She is teaching at Harvard Divinity School this semester. The Rev. Dr. Barbara Headley, who recently left her position as senior pastor of Faith Congregational Church, Hartford, will deliver a response from an American perspective.
